Paul Simmons is a transformational leadership and conflict coach with over 30 years of experience guiding individuals, teams, and organizations toward greater clarity, performance, and impact. As founder of Global-Wize Coaching, Paul empowers leaders to transform their world—one wise decision, opportunity, and relationship at a time.

Paul brings a uniquely grounded approach rooted in emotional intelligence, team development, and practical leadership. He is a graduate of the Federal Internal Coaching Program (FICTP) and a certified practitioner in EQi 2.0/360, Leadership Practices Inventory, and CINERGY Conflict Coaching. Through coaching Paul helps clients navigate difficult conversations, situations and lead with authenticity.

Paul has partnered in a coaching relationship with clients from the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, US Department of Agriculture, The Peace Corps, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, often supporting clients as they transition into higher leadership roles. As a conflict management coach with TSA, he also equipped individuals with tools to engage in constructive dialogue and resolution.

Paul’s early leadership foundation was built across sectors—military, nonprofit, and education. He contributed to the development of officer leadership curriculum at Hargrave Military Academy and supported nonprofit organizations by building effective leadership pipelines and education systems.
